What we are not. Procedura workbooks are spreadsheets, templates, and setup kits. They do not dispatch technicians, take online bookings, process cards, send reminders, or manage e-signatures. If your business needs those things, the SaaS product in the table is the right buy, and we say so in each row. Many shops use both: the subscription to run the day, our workbooks to know whether the day paid.
